Some of our gelato and sorbet will still be manufactured at the Sneads Ferry location and sold in the retail shop along with our produce and other treats and merchandise. classes will be geared toward aspiring food and beverage entrepreneurs, aspiring farmers/gardeners and small business owners. If you are interested in opening a coffee shop, bakery, cafe or pizza shop, or learning to use an espresso machine to make all the specialty drinks, you'll love the classes.
